My neighbor Bob wasn't feeling well. Reluctantly he went to the doctor who ran tests. The results came back and the news was not good. Bob was diagnosed with liver cancer and the doctor told him that he had seven months to live if he stayed in hospital and had radical treatment. Bob had survived World War II, raised his kids and now this. He decided to go home.. to his wife. He cotinued with life as usual. Each Saturday Bob would meticulously attend to his well manicured lawn. During the comeback years of the Braves, Bob was there. When they won the World Series, Bob was there. Seven years later I celebrated with him and the family his fiftieth wedding anniversary. Don't try this at home! This is just Bob's story.
